Printing Avery® Return Address Labels

(Avery® Label paper # is displayed in print layout.)

• There are 10 return address labels to a sheet.
• Return address labels are printed in " portrait" orientation.

Creating a sheet of return address labels

• Select the     label tab at the top of the screen.
• Type your own name and address.
• Hit preview to print preview. If address displays OK, switch on the printer and hit the printer icon or use file menu to print the label.
• To cancel and return to Label design, close the window or click "exit" on the file menu.

Print preview

In the upper left corner of the print preview screen, you'll see the printer icon.

  Switch on the printer and set the printer to "portrait". (if it isn't already selected)
  Click the printer icon to print the labels.
  
  Return address labels print on either 8-1/2" x 11" or A4 size paper depending on which paper size is commonly used in your country.
